What’s one thing you’re excited to explore now that you’re living in Baltimore?

I’m excited to explore Baltimore’s food scene. I’m a huge foodie, and since I grew up in a very small town where dining options were limited, it’s been fun discovering new restaurants and trying cuisines I never had access to before.

What drew you to Na’aleh?

What drew me to Na’aleh was the people. From the start, it felt like a place where relationships matter and where there was a genuine investment in helping people grow as leaders and individuals.

What is one lesson about leadership you hope to carry with you throughout your career?

One lesson I hope to carry with me is that great leaders never stop learning. I’m naturally very curious and love learning new things, so I think it’s important to stay open to new ideas, ask questions, and keep growing. The best leaders aren’t the ones who know everything; they’re the ones who are always willing to learn.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Don’t let perfect get in the way of good. I’ve always been a bit of a perfectionist, so it’s easy for me to spend too much time trying to get something exactly right. This advice has reminded me that sometimes it’s better to take action, learn as you go, and keep moving forward rather than getting stuck chasing perfection.

What’s one skill you bring to the team that people might not expect?

I think my storytelling skills. I love figuring out how to take an idea, event, or experience and turn it into a story that people connect with. Whether it’s through writing, social media, or marketing, I enjoy helping people see the impact behind the work.
