Jewish Communal Professional Mentor/Mentee Program.
A mentor may serve as an invaluable guide, a resource, a role model, a sounding board, and advisor. A mentor is key to a new professional’s success.
Mentors and Mentees – Please fill out the application at the appropriate link below, by September 1st.
The committee will let you know if and with whom you will be matched, by the end of September. The Mentor Committee is co-chaired by Jennifer Millman and Shauna Leavey.
Based on the information you provide in the application we will make a purposeful match. We may not be able to match everyone who applies, as we are starting off with a small pilot program, but we will do our best!
Both mentor and mentee will be expected to attend a training session on November 16th, 9 -11 a.m. to set expectations and discuss guidelines for the process and relationship. Save the date!
