A mentor may serve as an invaluable guide, a resource, a role model, a sounding board, and advisor. A mentor is key to a new professional’s success.

The committee will let you know if and with whom you will be matched. The Mentor Committee is co-chaired by Jennifer Millman and Shauna Leavey.

Based on the information you provide in the application we will make a purposeful match. We may not be able to match everyone who applies.

Both mentor and mentee will be expected to attend a training session to set expectations and discuss guidelines for the process and relationship.
