A graduate of Salisbury University, Cassidy earned her bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in Marketing in December 2025. Born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, she began her career working on a grant-funded program in a local public school, where she supported students with disabilities in exploring career pathways and preparing for the workforce. After relocating to Baltimore, Cassidy joined Na’aleh as the Communications and Program Associate. She is passionate about storytelling, building connections, and helping organizations foster strong leadership and thriving communities.
