JPRO Day 2025: Through Challenge and Change
Change and challenge are constant – both in and out of the workplace. This year we’ll spend JPRO Day focused on how to help ourselves and one another through unstable and unpredictable landscapes. Guided by Lindsey Davis, Through storytelling, guided inquiry, and small group discussion we’ll develop skills in empathy, resilience, and human connection.
We’ll begin the day with a dynamic panel, letting you hear stories of resilience and adaptation from members of the Baltimore Jewish community. While you’ll experience this panel together, each participant will be encouraged to extract personal takeaways, developing curiosity and learning to listen ‘between the lines.’ Then under the mentorship of organizational leaders, each group will engage in an activity designed to help you think creatively about the ways we collaborate and connect.
Whether you’re facing change or supporting someone who is, this experience will leave you with practical tools, renewed perspective, and a stronger leadership mindset.
By the end of this experience, we anticipate participants will:
– Act confidently with the character and skill to lead effectively during times of change.
– Understand how to express themselves differently, telling stories in engaging and more colorful ways
