Giving and Receiving Feedback-Thursday April 16th
Facilitator, Cindy Goldstein, Director of Talent, Na’aleh

We often say feedback is a gift, but it doesn’t always feel that way. This Professional Playbook session focuses on the art of giving and receiving feedback through a Behavior-Situation-Impact approach, helping you avoid common pitfalls like rambling, or the “sandwich” method.

In this session you will:

– Develop skills to give and receive feedback as an opportunity for meaningful growth and learning

– Practice describing specific behaviors rather than making personal judgments

– Apply the Behavior-Situation-Impact framework to deliver constructive feedback with confidence.
