Purpose Driven Leadership: Leading with Jewish Values
In moments of political divisiveness – and in times where our world doesn’t always seem to make sense – this workshop will explore how getting grounded in Jewish values, as well as public sector best practices, can strengthen your Board service or committee service. Leaning into both can help us lead with focused decision making and consistent actions aligned with what truly matters to us and our organizations.
This workshop will provide volunteer communal leaders with strategies for:
– Using Jewish wisdom and purpose-driven leadership principles to help proactively build resilient, productive organizational cultures – especially in times of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA)
–Equipping leaders with practical tools to navigate and respond effectively when inevitable discord and crises arise.
