Q. What are my commitments?

Engage in the KADIMA cohort once a month in year one of the fellowship.

Participate in four individual coaching sessions in year two of the fellowship.

Take part in Na’aleh programs over the two years and gatherings planned by the cohort in year two.

Within the first six months, define your professional goals and, in consultation with Na’aleh and your supervisor, identify appropriate development opportunities to pursue over the course of the two years.

Use your fellowship funds over the course of the two years.

Supervisor to attend opening and closing sessions, Keep supervisor abreast of your learning and experience throughout.

Sign off on an agreement upon start of program and write a one-pager on your experience at the end of the program.
