Congratulations to Na’aleh’s third ELEVATE

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of Na’aleh’s third ELEVATE cohort—an intensive and transformative experience focused on supervision. Throughout the program, this group of supervisors explored what it means to lead as adaptive leaders, embracing a “coach approach” to supervision while strengthening their relational and communication skills.
Participant Perspectives
You should try this program, and it will open up amazing opportunities for you. It can help you open new doors and learn to love and understand your people more than you can even imagine. Leadership lives inside everyone who is willing to look for new ways and be a light in the darkness.-
Ekaterina Prokofyeva, Jewish Community Services

Elevate helped me grow as a leader. The content of the Coach Approach has taken my managerial and leadership skills to a higher level. Perhaps even more importantly, I have developed a cohort of peers that I can continue to learn from and grow with.-Brenda Footer, The Network

Participating in Na’aleh’s Elevate Fellowship gave me the opportunity to reflect on my role as a leader and skills to better support my team and institution.-Rachel Petroff Kessler, Temple Isaiah
The elevated cohort was more than about gaining professional skills, it was also about connecting with other professionals with similar roles as I to learn about how things work differently at different organizations and make meaningful connections with others.-Julie Tonti, Jewish Educational Services
Elevate was a program I didn’t know I really needed until I started it, not only professional but personally. This program helped me navigate through sensitive situations in the office and at home. This program transpired during a difficult time in my life, and I found myself using this program as a resource that helped guide me through it. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who’s not only looking to further build their leadership skills but to also expand their own personal growth.-Emily Merritt, CHAI
