Awareness in Action: A Self-Driven, Deep Dive into Leadership Middot (Character Strengths)
You’ve heard how middot (character strengths), like curiosity and courage, have powered people’s leadership. Now, give yourself the opportunity to reflect upon and grow your own leadership strengths. Awareness in Action is a powerful and practical program for aligning your actions with your most deeply held values, planting the seeds for you to grow as an inspiring and authentic leader.
That’s why we are partnering with the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, the global leader in teaching Jewish mindfulness and spiritual practice, to offer you Awareness in Action: Cultivating Character through Mindfulness and Middot, at a special Baltimore community price of only $49 (a savings of $100 thanks to a grant from the Hoffberger Endowment Fund). And, it’s at no cost for professionals who work for a Supporting Jewish Organizations and those who have purchased a Na’aleh Leadership Passport.
Awareness in Action consists of an 8-module (self-paced) journey, beginning on April 11th and continuing through to Shavuot. IJS offers weekly, virtual check-ins. And, Na’aleh will offer you three opportunities to gather in person with your fellow Baltimoreans, diving deeper into your middot-driven leadership with respected mussar instructor Edie Raphael, PhD and Na’aleh Executive Director Bill Robinson, PhD.
The dates and times for the Baltimore-only sessions are Wednesdays (4:00-5:30) – April 20th, May 11th, and May 25th.
