From Challenge to Confidence: What We Learned at JPRO Day – The only way through change is through it

That was the guiding mantra at this year’s JPRO Day, where professionals from Jewish organizations came together to explore how to navigate change with resilience and intention. Participants heard from local leaders who shared personal stories of adapting to change, and they also engaged in hands-on workshops using real, anonymously submitted scenarios from their peers. The day was filled with connection, inspiration, and meaningful learning. Attendees walked away feeling more confident in facing their own challenges and better equipped to support others through change.

JPRO Day was a great mix of learning and collaboration. I walked away inspired to better identify the audiences I serve and how to communicate with them more effectively.”

“I really appreciated the opportunity to connect with colleagues. The event offered valuable networking and thought-provoking sessions that I can take back to my work.”

The panel was a standout for me. They all shared insights I’ll carry forward, and I loved the balance between big-picture conversations and practical tools.

“I’m a big fan of Na’aleh programming, and JPRO Day reinforced why. The sessions pushed me to think differently, and the time with peers was incredibly meaningful.”
