Effective and Intentional Communication with theatre dybbuk
How do we convey important information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner? Attendees will learn techniques for crafting communications that not only capture the essence of an idea but also serve to help us reach goals with specific constituents in mind. You will develop communications for fundraising purposes, program advocacy, and interpersonal concerns. In addition, all who take part will have a chance to learn from and with fellow professionals in our community.
All participants will:
1. create a communication around a subject that is clear and concise and engage with a template for developing other such communications
2. learn techniques for getting to the heart of any story, piece of advocacy or mission, quickly and clearly
3. engage with models for giving and receiving effective feedback
4. receive tools for successful facilitation of conversations and small group interactions
